Our branding service begins with a discovery session where we learn about your business history, your target customers, and the feeling you want to convey. We then produce logo concepts in multiple directions, refine one to completion, and deliver a brand guidelines document that tells you — and any future designer or printer — exactly how to use your assets. Alongside logo work, we produce business cards, signage artwork, social media profile kits, and print-ready menus or brochures. Each deliverable is supplied in the formats your local Malindi printer and your phone need — PDF, PNG, and editable source files. Turnaround for a standard brand identity package is three to four weeks from the signed brief.

A full-colour primary logo, a single-colour version for stamps and embroidery, and a compact icon mark for app icons and favicons — all supplied in vector and raster formats so you are never stuck when a vendor asks for a specific file type.
A clear, usable document specifying your colour palette (including CMYK and RGB codes), approved typography, spacing rules, and examples of correct and incorrect usage. Written so a non-designer can follow it without calling us every time.
Business cards, letterheads, or menu layouts formatted to standard print specifications and sized for Kenya's most common print vendors. We also advise on cost-effective local printing options in Malindi and Mombasa when requested.
Profile images, cover photos, and a small set of branded post templates for Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business — sized correctly and ready to upload, with no additional software needed on your side.

Design quality depends on clear input from you. If brand direction changes significantly after the first round of concepts, revisions extend the timeline. We allow two structured revision rounds within every standard package; additional rounds are quoted separately before any work begins. We also do not handle offset lithography, large-format billboard production, or complex packaging engineering — for those requirements we can refer you to specialist providers in Mombasa. Our focus stays on digital and small-format print assets where we can maintain direct quality control.
