Exterior of the Pixelyforge studio on Lamu Road, Malindi

Whether you have a clear brief or only a vague idea of what you need, we are happy to have an honest conversation about what we can do for your business.

How to Reach Us

We respond to all enquiries within one working day during office hours.

You can reach Pixelyforge by phone, email, or by visiting our studio on Lamu Road during working hours. We are available Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 and Saturday mornings from 09:00 to 13:00. For non-urgent enquiries, email is the most reliable channel as it allows us to give you a considered response rather than a rushed answer over the phone. If you would like a face-to-face meeting at our studio, please contact us first so we can ensure the right team member is available for your visit. We work with businesses across Malindi, Kilifi, Watamu, and Mombasa, and can arrange video calls for clients who cannot travel to our location.

“The first conversation with Pixelyforge set the tone for the whole project — they asked more questions than I expected, made notes, and came back two days later with a proposal that actually matched what I had described. It felt like talking to someone who had done this many times in Malindi specifically, not just reading from a generic agency checklist.”
